Payment and Cancellation Policy for Unflawed by Chloe
At Unflawed by Chloe, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone's needs, we have established the following payment and cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully before booking your appointment or course.
Booking and Payment
Payment in Full

Treatments and Training Courses:

To secure your appointment or enrolment in a course, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other accepted payment methods as indicated on our booking platform.

Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
For Treatments

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your payment.

Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, with the payment forfeited.

For Training Courses

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will result in the retention of 50% of the payment, with the remaining 50% refundable or applicable towards a future course.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the course start date can be accommodated without additional fees.

Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the course start date may incur an administrative fee.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in the loss of all payments made.

Clinic Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Unflawed by Chloe needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment or course, we will provide as much notice as possible.

You will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your payment.
Refunds

Payments:

All payments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Unflawed by Chloe or as specified in the cancellation terms above.

For course cancellations made more than 7 days prior, where 50% is retained, the remaining 50% can be refunded or applied as credit towards future services or courses.

Treatment Satisfaction:

If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address any issues promptly.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment or course due to unforeseen circumstances.

Exceptions to the forfeiture of payment may be made at the management's discretion in genuine emergency situations.

Agreement
